  GLOBE SHORTCHANGES SUBSCRIBERS, LONE SUBCONTRACTOR The "screen grab" below is the 8th apology yours truly received from Globe Telecom this afternoon after breaking its 8th promise done through text messaging of dispatching a crew of technicians to my place. Globe services continue to deteriorate, outcome of its greed for super-profits. That same greed pushed it to fire seasoned employees and replace them with contractuals, an attack against labor. That same greed prompted it to whittle its four branches in Iloilo with paying machines on top of human tellers receiving payments, down to only one which is both an attack on labor and subscribers making it harder for the latter to pay their bills and complain. Before, we subscribers, found it easier to communicate our concerns because people getting our calls or waiting at windows, are human beings and experienced employees. Globe Telecom needs curses

  (Globe Telecom said sorry yesterday for breaking its promise to send a crew to reconnect my WiFi and land line. It promised (again) to send a crew today (November 19). (Minutes ago, it texted sorry anew because its technicians aren't coming over as promised. It made another promise but did not specify the day and time of their coming. (Below is my post on how "reliable" Globe Telecom is.) --------------------------------- Globe Telecom's greed for super-profits is unraveling. Irate subscribers in Iloilo are migrating to other internet providers because Globe telecom has no repair crew of its own but relies on a single subcontractor who's deep on its nape in water due to daily calls for repair. My Globe WiFi and landline conked out Nov. 9 which I reported personally the next day, remains unconnected to date, 8 days after the report. Globe telecom shortchanges clients

  Globe Telecom just succeeded in testing my patienbce:  let me swear this time after restraining myself for 10 days following up my request for repair: Pinaka-potang Ina sa @Globe Telecom whose services continue  to nosedive. In this age of the AI, it has retrogressed after embarking on "downsizing", firing experienced personnel and relying heavily on a single subcontractor (in Iloilo) and call center agents trained to entertain and play cutie-cutie but devoid of the power to bark orders to answer the needs of its growing irate clients. It had three offices before in Iloilo city but downsizing reduced that to a lone office and a lone repair crew, a mere subcontractor which owes loyalty to itself and to multiple principals. Which explains why my request 10 days ago was only greeted by empty promises. Globe broadband conked out November 9. Next day, I personally reported the issue to its lone office in Iloilo.
