It has no track record in oil spill clean up nor salvaging of sunken or  grounded vessels. No wonder, the clean up of the oil spill in Estancia, Iloilo drags on because the key players turn out to be kiths, kins, look-alike, reincarnation and what-not, of Janet Lim Napoles, mastermind and primadonna of the P14-B pork barrel scam that has sent millions of enraged Pinoys raising their hackles. Estancia, erstwhile Alaska of the Philippines, is now a land of abomination and desolation. First, it has a set of morally bankrupt local officials who sold off their public market and public plaza to a heartless business conglormerate Gaisano which is notorious for overworking its workers and paying them starvation wages. Perhaps, this calamity in the Kingdom by the River is one of the rare moments when King Tura blew his top after learning that a very vital office, the seat of the two-way transciever, was shut during the onslaught of the hurricane and its immediate aftermath. Boy Angsot preocupied himself with everything in sight including the free meals served by Dok Nenet of the social welfare for her volunteers. This is already the third day of continuous operations of the Iloilo Provincial Disaster-Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO), and so far, participants in this task of delivering relief goods to victims of superhowler Yolanda, show no sign of fatigue. They all deserve our gratitude and admiration -- public officials and non-government individuals who responded within 24 hours from November 8, 2013 mornbing when Yolanda landfell in northern Iloilo. As of this writing around 100,000 families were dislocated, 11,000 homes wrecked, and 90 to 100 persons dead in the aftermath. Iloilo Gov. Arthur D. Defensor, Sr. was on leave to bury his 13-month old apo  in Manila. Boy Angsot strikes again, for the nth time, once more, etc. Pity be on Dyukalping and her boss Lee Kurging of the Kingdom by the River who Boy Angsot, bogus PIO of the Kingdom by the River, ang his accomplice Whole Ya of the accounting, hit with a monkey wrench. On order from Boy Angsot, Whole Ya dropped her name from the payroll which has an immediate effect of depriving her of salary for one month. Boy Angsot ruled that Dyukalping’s signature in her daily time record (DTR) was fake, and so was that of Lee Kurging. Dyukalping is detailed to the office of Lee Kurging, a solon of the kingdom. In other words, it’s the latter who verifies and approves the DTR that she signs, which he did. No less than Lee Kurging himself directly talked to Whole Ya on phone attesting that the signature appearing on Dyukalping’s DTR was his.
