The Iloilo Provincial Employees and Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc. is one cooperative that beffles at least yours truly if not somebody else. The contact points, the lines of communications it offers the public to reach it, namely the two emails and two phone numbers are not working. It makes one wonder why <ipempc@yahoo.com> and <ipempc@gmail.com> and the lines (033) 332-6703 and 09177025755 -- all of which it personnel gave out to members yestrerday during the general assembly held at X-ing Hotel, Iloilo City are not working. Sorry for this repetition, I dialed four times as of this writing (033) 332-6703 and 09177025744 and all that yours truly got were rings, rings, rings, rings ad infinitum until my CP stopped dialing. I attempted twice more and all I got were unanswered rings.
