Ano tabo sa LandBank man? Que pasa, LandBank?

Land Bank of the Philippines, depository of most government offices, including the Iloilo Provincial Government, is funny.
Last year, it required us to "renew" our account, to which I complied.
This time, we received anew forms to be filled up and submitted.
I will not comply. I find the requirement another bureaucratic goobledygook. All that LBP needs is to check its own files. It all it wants is to update our signatures, why subject us to the rigors and treat us like applicants-depositors.
Why does Land Bank require us anew to answer the same set of questionnaire we answered last year that asks for your first name, middle name, surname (do these facts vary over time?), home address, office address, mobile phone, fax, e-mail, profession, number of children, valid IDs (sss, GSIS, Voter's ID, passport, others (pls. specify), salary/honoraria, gender, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, mother's name, spouse's name, profession, date of birth, tax identification number (of yourself and your spouse's), employer's name, start of employment, end of employment, job title, employer's address( including postal code and country), occupation, rate of income from occupation, existing accounts with LBP, account name, account number, two 1" x 1" photos, thumb marks, samples of signatures, signature above printed name.
It also requires its clients to attach P100 "initial deposit attached to a pre-signed "deposit slip".
LBP, of course, has in its records our personal files which it no longer needs to ask again and again and again, like our gender, date of birth, first name, middle name, last name, name of spouse, occupation of spouse, our profession, gender, date of birth, tax identification number, GSIS PIN, our accounts and acccount numbers in the LBP, etc. (if you have several accounts in LBP, the bank's records certainly have that information, why does it still torment its depositors to answer this silly question)
Why require us to make initial deposit of P100 when we have been its depositors for two decades not of our choice but of our employer's choice, the Iloilo Provincial Government?
I find this requirement a ridiculous bureaucratic gridlock which is totally unnecessary.
I am not complying.
