MIWD privatization orchestrated

I have nothing but mistrust for public officials manuevering to privatize MIWD. It's another thievery of the people's resources.
Since 2010 the first act of newly elected city officials led by a certain Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog and a certain Rep. Jerry Trenas was to sell the animal called "public-private partnership" which means private groups being groomed to take over the MIWD -- in cahoots with members of the directorate.
The same cabal of directors, with the exception of one newly appointed, are orchestrating the scenario of inefficiency with Trenas and Mabilog acting as cheerleaders and blowing the pathetic mantra that privatization will solve the people's woes.
That's what crooks and thieves at city hall had done to the prime property belonging to the city at the port area, that's what they just did to the Central Market, and that's what they scheme to happen to the city abattoir and MIWD.
Trenas is very much happy to press for privatization, after all, the main beneficiary for that is Rogelio Florete, owner of Flo Water, bulk supplier to the MIWD.
Florete, a major client of Trenas Law Office, uses his Radyo Bombo to malign and trumpet MIWD's alleged inefficiency (with the directors complicitly silent), to cover up his intention and the bungling of his engineers who installed pipes bigger than MIWD's, one reason why his Flo Water failed to supply the contracted volume of water.
Bwisit nga Franklin Drilon, Jed Mabilog kag Jerry Trenas!
